Responsible for the assessment, development, implementation and measurement of the learningĀ and development programs of the Bank. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct needs analysis and confer with department managers across the bank to determine knowledge and skills gaps with all levels of staff Work with all levels of the organization to formulate learning and development plans that address the skills gaps, enhance productivity and quality of work Lead training for changes in internal processes, business systems, products, procedures or services Make recommendations to leaders to recommend learning and development events and programs that support the Ban
