WHAT YOU'LL DOThe IT Service Desk Intern is responsible for handling inbound calls and service tickets related to supporting Busey Associates. In addition, this position assists with setting up and deploying hardware. WHAT YOU'LL BRINGDuties:Respond to inbound calls and service tickets in an efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.Maintain documentation for received calls and job function responsibilities.Resolve problems by gathering information, determining the customers' needs, and conducting research to find a correct solution.Ensure all calls taken have been resolved and if not resolved, perform necessary escalations and associate follow-up.Maintain an open line
