Duties and Responsibilities:Complete account opening/closing procedures.Assist Wealth Advisory personnel in the client onboarding process.Ensure client access to online wealth management programs, providing ongoing service support to the client; review and send client documents and notifications on accounts and perform ongoing maintenance and updates.Assist Compliance department with meeting necessary standards.Assist in the dual control audit procedures to verify team work.Review and maintain liability insurance for real estate held in trust accounts.Maintain assets in safekeeping vault and integrity of client vault files.Assist with frontline training for Wealth Advisory associates
