Service Center Quality Control & Compliance Specialist
WHAT YOU'LL DO The Service Center Quality Control and Compliance Specialist (QC &C Specialist) provides administrative duties, quality control and compliance guidelines for Busey's Retail Service Centers. This position will develop reports that will be reviewed by Risk Management, Regional and Area leadership, ensuring that all policies, procedures, and guidelines are adhered to. The QC & C Specialist will report to the Service Center Quality Control Manager. Additional Duties: In partnership with the Risk Management and Quality Control team, assist with the development, administration, routine monitoring and audit of compliance programs as part of the first line of defense.
