As a VP, Financial Reporting Manager you will:
Prepare SEC, Regulatory and other external reporting
Be responsible for dividend disclosure to NASDAQ and others concerning common and preferred stock dividends
Manage and oversee the Finance staff and related duties
Utilize technology to enhance process automation
Work cross functionally with other departments
Assist with the allowance for credit losses process and prepare related disclosures
Be responsible for various accruals and reconciliation review
Manage fixed assets and assist in the budget process
Basic Qualifications Include:
Experience in EDGARizing SEC documents
Advanced PC skills including Excel and Word
CPA or CMA and a B.S in Accounting or Finance Required
Knowledge of current accounting principles and practices, tax law relating to depreciation and banking, and current regulatory reporting requirements
