The Branch Services Representative is responsible for the daily back office operational activities for the Retail Banking department. Activities include processing rejected inclearing and ACH items, complete research requests, retrieve and review daily inclearing items and handle customer communication related to Online Banking. The Branch Services Representative must have effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
The Branch Service Representative should have prior banking experience and knowledge including terminology, products and services.
