Privately held, fast paced, commercial bank is seeking a relationship banking manager to join our McHenry County banking team. This is a full-time position to direct and oversee client service delivery and daily operations of a bank location. Ensures bank and regulatory policies and procedures are followed and all clients receive prompt and courteous service. Works to build deposits and maximize client relationships based on client needs.
Primary responsibilities include:
Outbound client calls and relationship review appointments
Portfolio management and client outreach
New & renewed consumer & small commercial loan applications
Referrals to line of business partners as appropriate
Cross-trained to function as backup in teller area, banker platform & client services desk
Ensures retention of profitable clients at the location and develop client advocates
Embraces change, new technology, and enhancements to current technology and assists clients with online adoption and utilization
Risk and Compliance
Audit integrity, risk management, and security of the location
Remain in compliance with all applicable banking regulations
Remain current on all training & required cross-training
Drives all aspects of the relationship building and service process for a specific location
Provides support to bank operations as needed
Leads, coaches, and develops employees
Sets goals and evaluates individual performance of direct reports
Assures effective communication & teamwork across all departments and locations
