This person will be responsible for new business development in and account management for FIPCO clients in the geographical territory assigned, currently WI, IL and MI. The position will be based in Wisconsin/Illinois. Overnight travel is required.
This person is required to have:
Ability to travel up to 80% of time in the upper Midwest
Excellent social networking and negotiation skills
Determination and drive to work toward targets/goals
Solid communication and “people” skills, proficiency in developing written communications as well as giving in-person and virtual meeting presentations and product demonstrations before customers/prospects
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well independently and also as part of a team
A minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably working with financial institutions
In addition, the ideal candidate would have:
Bachelor’s degree or related experience
Experience in financial technology sales
Knowledge or experience with banking operations, compliance and related technology solutions
Additional Salary Information: Commission, monthly car allowance and phone stipend
