Anna-Jonesboro National Bank is seeking a President/CEO due to the planned 2024 retirement of the current President/CEO. Anna-Jonesboro National Bank is a well-established community bank with three locations located in Southern Illinois offering full-service banking to both commercial and consumer customers.The President/CEO is responsible for the overall direction and administration of programs and services provided by the Bank. This is accomplished through providing leadership, direction, and guidance in day-to-day activities to ensure the short and long-term profitability of the bank, equitable treatment, and development of staff. The President/CEO executes decision making that aligns with the best interest of the shareholders, employees, customers, and community.Duties /
