WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Merchant Services Business Development position will provide merchant services sales and support by communicating via phone and email. This position will help to educate, train customers and offer solutions based on customer needs.

Additional Duties:

• The Merchant Services Business Development position will offer merchant services expertise to potential new customers - offering solutions based on customer needs.
• This will include but is not limited to:
  • Calling new business opportunities
  • Work with Merchant Services Sales Manager to complete customer applications; disclose pertinent account and fee information.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Knowledge of:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Merchant services disciplines

Ability to:

• Advanced knowledge of merchant services products inter-workings
• Multi-task and work independently
• Complete work in an accurate and timely manner
• Respond to customer needs with urgency
• Solve problems independently while applying logic and discretion

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Requires previous business/business sales experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing quota.
• Knowledge of merchant services preferred.
• Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.
