WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Trust Service Support Reporting Analyst II is responsible for the reporting and analyzing information that contributes to the overall success of the Wealth division by providing meaningful information related to assets, revenue, operational performance, and risk mitigation for the Wealth Management division. This person cultivates positive working relationships with various associates and departments and supports special projects across multiple Wealth Management Service Support functions.

Duties:
- Through a team-based approach, the Trust Service Support Reporting Analyst will execute the following:
- Provide Reporting/Analysis and Speak to Findings:
- Create and maintain reporting to Service Support KPI and KRI metrics
- Create various reports to support risk mitigation and control monitoring
- Create and maintain production reports for the business line
- Create scheduled and ad hoc reporting
- Complete regulatory reporting
- Share feedback and analysis
- Evaluate and Execute Best Practices:
- Review processes and make recommendations for increased efficiency
- Assist with the implementation of operational efficiencies
- Create and maintain procedures for data analytics and reporting
- Provide support during mergers and acquisitions
- Work collaboratively with Busey associates, including leaders, on special projects and complete work assignments in a timely manner

EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Education: College degree preferably in business/finance or 4+ years related work experience.
- Work Experience: 3+ years of financial services industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of report design and processes.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SQL data base, and data reporting tools.
