Experience in Small Business & Agriculture lending, Affordable Housing financing, and New Market Tax Credits desired. Responsibilities:

The SLO provides strategic direction for the Lending Department, while also ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The SLO is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, community, and bank partners and providing responsible lending solutions to business customers, including underserved rural communities while maintaining an acceptable level of risk. The SLO is also responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to either maintain or gain clients to increase commercial lending revenue and deposit growth.
