We are now accepting applications for a Business Acquisition Banker (Client Relations & Acquisition Specialist) to join our Client Acquisition Group located at our Corporate office in Las Vegas, NV. Work schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
Essential Functions:
Perform outbound sales and service calls to prospective and existing bank clients.
Responsible for expanding client base by sourcing new relationships and cross-selling bank products and services to new and existing relationships.
Responsible for handling customer inquiries and problems as needed.
May assist clients with product offerings, selection, loan application processes and opening accounts.
Generates qualified referrals while following operational procedures and adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Provides support to business unit personnel as needed.
Assists with department projects and tasks as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1+ yrs experience in inside sales, branch banking, and services, customer service or other directly related experience. (Combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.)
Working knowledge of sales, customer service, retention skills and banking products and services.
Must have good customer service, problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to use a variety of computer software.
Ability to cross sell bank products.
Requires initiative and ability to recognize opportunities.
Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
