Job Description:
At Regions, the Performance and Alignment Incentive Administration Manager will assist in overseeing the day to day functions of the incentive administration team. This individual will be a key contributor in helping to create, implement, and execute the strategy around incentive compensation programs across multiple business groups supporting the Performance and Alignment Incentive Administration Group Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
Assists in the development, review, and implementation of formal compensation policies, guidelines and procedures
Provides advice to leadership on the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs
Consistently evaluates the firm's existing incentive administration systems and develops enhancements to ensure industry competitiveness and effectiveness
Develops strategy and leads implementation of incentive systems
Designs and develops configurations, workflows, and systems that support the design, modification, and implementation of incentive pay programs
Remains apprised of laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
This is a single incumbent position.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a closely related field
Eight (8) years experience in sales compensation or related experience
Preferences
Strong background in compensation incentive design, analysis and administration
Experience with SAP's Incentive Performance Management System
Skills and Competencies
Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to compensation
Excellent organizational, consultative, analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Human Resource Information Systems
Highly analytical
