Develop financial models. Perform comprehensive & in-depth company, market & industry financial research. Reqs: Bach degree or equiv. & 2 yrs exp. in: Coordinating & assisting in the structuring & execution of debt financing, restructuring & capital raising transactions in LATAM, with specific focus on structural analysis, building cash flow models, & reviewing transaction docs; Performing comprehensive debt capital mkts/acquisition financing/debt restructuring analysis for inclusion in client presentation materials.
