West Virginia Bankers Title (WVBT), managed by Virginia Bankers Association (VBA), has an exciting opportunity for a business development professional with real estate, banking, sales and marketing experience. Title Insurance experience is a plus. In this position, you will be responsible for profitability by increasing the agency’s market share in West Virginia (and other markets as assigned). The primary focus of this position is to implement a business development plan as directed by the VBA/WVBT, to accomplish plan goals and assist the Agency Operations Manager as needed. A high energy level, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory are essential for success in the Business Development Officer role.
