The Commerce Bank of Washington, a division of Zions Bancorporation N.A., is currently accepting applications for a Bank Operations Specialist in Seattle, Washington. The position offers a hybrid work schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Process outgoing domestic and international transfer payments.
Process Non-posted items, stop payments, and all in clearing returns.
Process Fed returns.
Branch capture scanning of deposits, cashed checks, and loan payments.
Process routine transactions such as accepting deposits, cashing checks and accepting loan and credit card payments.
Order Foreign currency.
Help clients at the Teller desk with a personable attitude.
Supply Ordering for the Bank.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of branch or banking operations or other directly related experience.
Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Strong skill base to include customer service, communications, basic business writing, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Must be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of: Level I: $17.00-$25.03 Level II: $18.87-$27.68 Level III: $21.15-$31.02 Level IV: $23.43-$34.36 depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
