The Commerce Bank of Washington, a division of Zions Bancorporation N.A., is currently accepting applications for a Bank Operations Specialist in Seattle, Washington. The position offers a hybrid work schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:

• Process outgoing domestic and international transfer payments.
• Process Non-posted items, stop payments, and all in clearing returns. 
• Process Fed returns. 
• Branch capture scanning of deposits, cashed checks, and loan payments.
• Process routine transactions such as accepting deposits, cashing checks and accepting loan and credit card payments.
• Order Foreign currency.
• Help clients at the Teller desk with a personable attitude.
• Supply Ordering for the Bank.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of branch or banking operations or other directly related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong skill base to include customer service, communications, basic business writing, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of: 
Level I: $17.00-$25.03
Level II: $18.87-$27.68
Level III: $21.15-$31.02
Level IV: $23.43-$34.36
depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
