What you'll do:
The GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the Bank's GRC programs, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in GRC and associated technology and be able to effectively lead, manage and report on GRC activities across a range of stakeholders across the Bank.

- Enterprise view by managing an integrated Governance, Risk, Compliance technology platform for the Bank
- Serves as a key driver of change with opportunities to engage stakeholders with innovative solutions to drive towards enterprise GRC reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance GRC capabilities and its integration into business processes
What you can expect:
- Identify, develop, implement/improve, and manage the company's GRC programs, policies, and procedures.
- Identify, develop and define the needs while understanding the GRC tool to implement and monitor the required needs of the stakeholders (e.g. Enterprise Issue Management process to properly report Issues across the organization)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance GRC capabilities and its integration into business processes.
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of GRC tools and technologies (e.g. Riskonnect, Archer) to automate and streamline GRC processes and reporting.
- Identify GRC program risks and communicating them across teams and senior leaders for it to be managed
- Develop and deliver training and awareness programs to employees around GRC technologies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of GRC programs and initiatives to senior management and stakeholders (e.g. data integrity of GRC tool that may require development or maintenance of GRC exception reporting, managing a Quality Assurance process)
- Contribute and manage GRC data analytics or other data analytic support as needed
- Manage and potentially create reporting for management or Board (e.g. Audit Metrics and Audit Committee presentations driven from GRC data)
- Champions process re-engineering by challenging the status quo of current processes and implements improvements or alternatives (e.g. Audit's SharePoint site, directory)
- Serves as a people manager, who coaches, sets performance goals, provides feedback
- Other projects as needed
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Computer Science) is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in GRC, or a related field.
- Experience in managing integrated GRC platforms and implementing GRC tools and technologies.
- Experience in influence through directly or indirectly managing a team of professionals.
- Strong data analysis, problem solving and data presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau or Alteryx
- Highly comfortable working with ambiguity to understand, analyze, develop and innovate proposed solutions from interdepartmental requests and requirements
- Proactive, highly organized, efficient individual with effective time management skills and ability to multi-task or projects.
- Highly professional, accountable person with strong attention to detail; self-starter, dependable and flexible.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with potentially competing deadlines.
- Ability to communicate well, and coherently present perspectives as well as proposals to teams and stakeholders
- Ability to interact and develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
