Job Description:
At Regions, the Regions Business Capital Customer Service Operations Manager supervises a staff of Account Managers and Collateral Analysts to ensure exceptional customer service, loan and checking account system data input integrity and monetary movement and Regions Business Capital collateral analysis and reporting.
Primary Responsibilities
Monitors client specific situations and assures proper resolution of cash management or collateral issues
Serves as a key escalation point for problem resolution
Meets with clients to ensure quality customer service
Assists in establishing goals and exceptions for business unit regarding the quality of customer service and collateral management provided
Recommends staffing levels along with setting expectations and goals for direct reports, assess performance, administers salary and initiates corrective action
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years banking experience
High School Diploma or GED and ten (10) years banking experience
Preferences
Experience in Asset Based Lending or Operations
Three (3) years supervisory/management experience
