Job Description:
At Regions, the Franchise Banker serves as the single point of contact for a set of assigned franchises. The Franchise Banker will establish Regions as a Preferred Lender, attend franchisee conventions, and produce franchisee referrals for the business group.
Primary Responsibilities
Supports the business group with analysis and consultative advice on concepts/brands, including but not limited to pre-call planning, joint calls to prospects/clients, and assistance with loan processing
Develops relationships with assigned franchisors from Regions' targeted brands list
Participates in client meetings, due diligence visits, and other interactions to gain exposure to key executives and senior bankers
Generates weekly calls using a combination of joint calling with business group partners and outbound calling to franchisees within the assigned brands
Communicates self-sourced referrals to the market Commercial Banking Leader and works jointly with the assigned Relationship Manager and SBA Sales Manager (if applicable)
May act as a resource for associates with less experience
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field and seven (7) years of relevant work experience

Strong work ethic and self-motivation
