Job Description:
At EnerBank, the Relationship Team Administrator leads a team of relationship specialists to ensure quality customer service. The administrator typically manages six or more relationship specialists and may also service clients directly as needed.
EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.
Primary Responsibilities
Provides coaching, instruction, and guidance to a team of relationship specialists
Understands client needs and identifies opportunities to improve and resolve client service issues
Coaches associates to identify expansion opportunities within existing relationships through daily interactions with clients
Assists relationship teams with resolving complex client issues
Completes administrative documents and processes for the department (e.g. ad hoc management reporting)
Monitors departmental compliance training
Performs general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations
Facilitates new associate onboarding and training
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field and one (1) year of client-facing or related experience
Or Associate's degree and three (3) years of client-facing or related experience
Or High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of client-facing or related experience
