Job Description:
At Regions, the Treasury Management Product Manager is the line of business owner and subject matter expert for one or more treasury management products or services. The Product Manager assists and may lead in product or enhancement development, and the development, execution and tracking of marketing or line of business programs for a specific product or product line by collecting, analyzing, reporting marketing and sales performance data.
Primary Responsibilities
Key line of business product owner and subject matter expert
Coordinates consideration of new product development or enhancement of existing products
Participates and has input on promotional, marketing, and communication programs on products
Works with sales teams to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies to identify opportunities
May review business competitive data, coordinate development of management reporting and manage appropriate pricing grids
Prepares and conducts product training as needed
Provides Geography support as needed
Determines marketing and business segments' objectives and recommends strategies, including advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future development of one or more specific products
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Five (5) years of treasury management, market research, project management, ebusiness or product development
Ability to handle more complex marketing issues or products
Detailed oriented
Good communication and organizational skills
Preferences
Certified Treasury Professional and/or Accredited ACH Professional Certification
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred, but may be offset by equivalent professional experience

We may exercise some flexibility with a remote location based on skills, qualifications and subject matter expertise of the most successful candidate.
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
