Additional Duties:Maintain Customer Information Files (CIF) and deposit accounts via documentation submitted by the front line utilizing basic data entry functions.Process the following reports and tasks on a daily basis: Dormancy, Deceased, Product Changes, Pending Closed, and Interest DroppedAssist the front line through the phone and email queuesBalance Safe Deposit Box Settlement and CD/IRA SettlementManage CD/IRA interest & distribution checksUpdate DDA, CD, and special rates as directed by FinanceHandle year end reporting and complete tax corrections as applicable for interest bearing accounts including Health Savings Accounts and IRAs.WHAT YOU'LL BRING
