Responsible for the accounting of MPF and MPFx programs including daily balancing and remittance, reconciling TARs, and preparing monthly reports. Reconcile various loan GL accounts daily and weekly. Reconcile the dealer reserve GL accounts monthly. Process Accounts Payable invoices daily. Process recurring AP monthly. Setup new AP vendors as needed. Void AP checks as needed and make any entries necessary. Process AP ACH payments daily. Print and mail A/P checks no less than twice weekly. Run TranMan in Prologue at the end of each day.
