OverviewFirst National Bank of America is seeking a Loan Specialist to complete the due diligence requirements for purchasing prospective loans in compliance with bank guidelines. The Loan Specialist supports the Loan Acquisitions Officers, by communicating with outside customers, and third party providers to obtain documentation to submit a thorough, accurate, and complete loan package to Underwriting. This position maintains control of the loan file, monitors dates for appraisals, and ensures that all deadlines are met within a timely and efficient manner.
