Job Description:
At Regions, the Corporate Banking Group (CBG) Platform Manager is responsible for the continuous delivery of business value from a large scale SAFe Agile solution and leading a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts that establishes the overall portfolio strategy, provides product roadmap development, feature delivery, and supports defining and managing investments.
Primary Responsibilities
Leads and manages a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts and heads the portfolio Steering Committee
Drives innovation focused on technology capabilities that support the full client relationship management lifecycle: Lead & Prospect Development, Client Assignment, Client Development, Client Onboarding, Product Origination, Client/Product Servicing, and Client/Product Monitoring
Partners with technology to oversee and ensure success with Agile Release Train (ART) operations, milestones, and SLAs
Participates in program agile ceremonies
Develops and manages a roadmap for a suite of applications comprised of Salesforce, nCino, and proprietary Regions applications such as the Relationship Grouping Application
Coordinates directly with the business and subject matter experts to create and groom backlog, determine prioritization and business value, ensure testing and user requirements are met, develop change management, and define requirements
Proactively self-identifies issues and ensures successful implementation of critical changes to mitigate Risk and address technology compliance
Ensures operational readiness and controls are in place
Serves as the portfolio main point of contact and communicates with key stakeholders, providing updates on product development and vision
Engages with vendor partners to stay up to date on product development, usage, and opportunities to increase product value / adoption
Supports and actively contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, including serving as a subject matter expert for the portfolio with Regions 2.0 (R2) and working with peer colleagues across the full Regions CRM ecosystem
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
Ten (10) years of progressive experience in CRM product development/management or related field
Two (2) years of supervisory or management experience
Preferences
Background with commercial, corporate, treasury management, commercial credit, capital markets or wealth management financial service industry with strong understanding of end-to-end sales process
Knowledge of bank operations, risk management, compliance, technology, finance, marketing, and data
Demonstrated experience leading diverse Steering Committees, reaching stakeholder alignment, and collaborating with senior and executive leadership
Proven experience leading and working within cross-functional teams and initiatives
Distinctive understanding of digital sales and service enablement, process orchestration, CRM and bank operating systems
Direct experience with Salesforce and nCino
Certifications in Safe Agile, Six Sigma, Business Architecture, or related disciplines
Experience in software product management/ownership, business systems analysis, information technology project management, or experience on a software development team
Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, GitHub, and Agile software development practices
Skills and Competencies

Ability to research, analyze data, and derive data-driven solutions
