Job Description:
At Regions, the Bank Operations Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within Bank Operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed
Resolves escalated or complex customer or associate inquiries as necessary
Researches and resolves related issues and general related questions
Provides guidance to less experienced team members
Works under limited supervision following established guidelines and procedures
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Four (4) years of operations or related work experience
Skills and Competencies
Data entry and typing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong time management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
This role would be Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
This position would have the option to work remotely but in office work would also be required at our Riverchase Operations Center in Hoover, AL.
