Job Requirements:
Work with the Entertainment Finance group's senior lenders to evaluate and underwrite loan opportunities by performing due diligence, and analyzing financial statements, projections, and other collateral/assets.
Work with portfolio managers to review and analyze financial statements, monitor borrower financial trends, track and monitor borrower covenant compliance packages, and other portfolio management responsibilities.
Support senior lenders as needed for presentations regarding bank products and services to prospective clients and company principals.
Conduct industry research.
Assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's in finance, business, accounting or a related field and 4+ years credit/financial analysis, lending, underwriting or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
Extensive knowledge of financial and spread analysis, credit, lending and underwriting processes and principles.
Solid experience working with various types of loans.
Extensive knowledge of credit risk, legal and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work with lending officers and staff.
Strong client relationship and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations regarding loans. Working knowledge of computer software programs including spreadsheets, word processing, etc. required.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $69,000 - $104,000 annually + Bonuses depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location
