FirstBank in the United States Virgin Islands is looking for experienced professionals with formal commercial credit training and a strong financial or accounting background to join the team as a BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, assuming responsibility for the prospecting and acquisition of new corporate clients, providing an array of commercial banking services, as well as credit and non-credit products to achieve individual and unit goals for growth.  This role requires the ability to analyze, negotiate and present credit memorandums to corporate credit committee for approvals.  Candidates must be self-starters and effective at collaborating with team members to achieve strategic goals and objectives.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting with normal credit training; some supervisory experience desirable.  Familiarity with relevant compliance and tax laws and a strong knowledge of MS Office programs, such as WORD and EXCEL.  Ability to understand client's financial goals and write effective Credit approval Memorandums and other business presentations.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills are required.
