Job Description:
At Regions, the Corporate Banking Emerging Talent Program Manager works with business leaders to develop and execute analyst program strategy including campus recruitment and university relations, training and development, and immersion and engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
Partners with Regions business leaders and Human Resources to develop and enhance a comprehensive strategy for engaging colleges and universities to build a brand image and increase awareness of Regions as an ideal employer for potential key talent
Compiles, analyzes, and utilizes data relating to college and university recruitment, performance, and retention
Partners closely with Human Resources and business stakeholders to design, organize and execute full time analyst and intern summer training
Partners with managers on the immersion of new talent into the organization and maintains a pulse on the population around morale, trends, and overall experience
Ensures timely and accurate communication of employment related metrics to identify issues and trends
Engages with managers throughout the talent cycle on best practices for managing and developing junior talent
Identifies opportunities to continuously improve program
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
Six (6) years of experience in Corporate Banking as an Analyst and/or Analyst Program Management
Corporate Banking Analyst Program management experience with a general understanding of Corporate Banking and Capital Markets product offerings
Strong relationship development experience
Some travel is required
Preferences
Advanced Degree a plus
