Zions Bancorporation is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to work with our diverse team to expand the automation of technology and process controls across the Bank. The work centers around ServiceNow's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solution and Policy and Compliance Management. Knowledge of the reliant modules like ITAM, SAM, HAM, APM, ITSM, VR and the core CMDB data is key. This role is fast paced and will provide the opportunity to work on a wide variety of technology initiatives on the Enterprise Technology Standards Automation team. This is part of a multi-million-dollar effort to modernize Zions' core systems, placing Zions at the forefront of modern banking systems.
Responsibilities
Leverage ServiceNow GRC - Policy and Compliance to automate controls and reporting for Enterprise Technology Standards (ETS) Automation Team.
Establish proper scoping for technologies to be measured ensuring data quality and accuracy in the CMDB.
Liaison with the Asset Management team to ensure proper normalization of data.
Leverage ServiceNow Query Builder to join data and properly target controls and their ownership.
Work with Standards team and analysts to document and/or review policy requirements, implementation plans, and indicator test plans.
Support the management of entities, entity types, control objectives, indicators, campaigns and attestations, issues, and other ServiceNow development functions.
Create queries, reports and dashboards that show compliance at different levels of detail for owners and leadership.
Support establishment of integration requirements for new control types and the data to support them.
Work with the team to troubleshoot complex issues and also be able to work on your own independently.
Consult with groups outside the ETS Automation team that would like to leverage ServiceNow GRC.

Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of related experience.
2+ years development/administration experience within the ServiceNow platform and applications. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
Works well in a team environment and is comfortable with an extremely fast pace, switching priorities, and multitasking.
Expert analysis, trouble shooting, technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in literary skills for professional emails and documentation
Must have advanced organizational, project management and client interfacing skills.

This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
