The Controller works directly with the Chief Financial Officer assisting in the forecasting model for ALM, budgeting and board reporting. Additionally, the Controller oversees the reconciliation of applications, accounts and general ledgers; manages the cash balances at correspondent banks; is a liason on internal and external audits and examinations; and performs various internal controls reviews.
The Controller serves on the ALCO and Investment Committees preparing agendas, maintaining minutes and documentation.
Prepares various monthly and quarterly reports for the Board of Directors.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
Prior banking, public accounting, or auditing experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
