Job Description:

At Regions, the Modernization and Transformation Partner is a strategic partner in the R2 Modernization initiative.

Primary Responsibilities

• Recommends strategies and initiatives that are required for the Bank to close gaps and/or gain competitive advantages
• Coordinates the execution and strategic direction for R2 Modernization
• Embeds a continuous improvement philosophy and methodology that frequently assesses people, process, and technology
• Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the organization to determine opportunities for improvement
• Collaborates with the R2 leadership to gain consensus on optimal models required to support the modernization

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

This role is for internal associates only.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Eight (8) years related banking work experience

• Analytical mindset with the ability to deploy key strategies

• Technology and digital acumen

• Experience with customer and associate experience
