Zions Bank is now accepting applications for our Commercial Loan Officer in the Real Estate Banking Group based in our Salt Lake City offices. If you're ready to move up the career ladder, this might be your next rung.
Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Generate and service a wide variety of Commercial Real Estate loans.
Aggressively seek and obtain quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross selling efforts.
Represent Zions Bank in the community and respective marketing areas for the development and growth of new loan business.
Interview clients for various loan needs.
Monitor credit performance and take necessary actions as needed.
Build and maintain relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
May be asked to help with other duties as needed.
Successful candidates will have the following credentials:
Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field and 3+ years credit associated lending or 5+ years of directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification.
Knowledge of commercial real estate and/or construction lending.
Ability to develop and service new customers.
Good analytical, credit analysis and loan structuring skills.
Good communications and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interview clients.
Must have perceptive character judgment.
Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.
