Amegy Bank of Texas has just opened an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Relationship Manager that will be based out of Dallas orSan Antonio, TX.
This is a fast-paced position which gives you the opportunity of taking an active role in helping early-stage companies grow and succeed. We are looking for a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our A/R Finance team. If you are ready for the next rung on your career ladder and do not mind traveling, this may be your opportunity.
Actively pursue, identify, and qualify new business for the factoring division in an efficient manner while maintaining and building relationships with ongoing referral sources
Manage the existing portfolio of factoring business covering our North, Central and South Texas markets - 80% travel will be required between Dallas andSan Antonio, 1 week per month.
Market the factoring business unit to new businesses; this position is evaluated largely through your success of the new business that is generated
Preferred candidates will have experience with factoring and /or a strong credit knowledge base (workouts/special assets), or commercial lending experience
May be asked to perform other duties.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field and 2+ year commercial, commercial real estate credit or business banking underwriting, spread analysis, lending, underwriting concepts, practices, and procedures or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
Working knowledge of commercial, commercial RE and/or business banking credit underwriting, spread analysis, lending, underwriting concepts, practices, and procedures.
Good working knowledge of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Solid understanding of banking lending policies and procedures and general banking laws and regulations.
Ability to analyze and research financial statements, business plans, credit reports, debt ratios and loan to value information.
