Provides assistance to the department in the areas of loans, deposits and account servicing.
Provides excellent customer service and represents the bank in a professional and responsible manner.
Adheres to compliance, security, state and Federal regulations, bank policies, procedures and goals.
Provides assistance to Officers in collecting and analyzing financial and related data.
Assists in preparing loan package and coordinates submission to the Centralized Loan Center for underwriting and document preparation.
May accompany Officers on customer calls and interviews to obtain an understanding of the business relationship/loan request as a means to providing assistance to the Officer in developing strategies to most effectively meet the needs of the customer.
Provides research on loan and deposit accounts as needed.
Opens new accounts and cross-sells bank products and services.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years experience in banking, loans, deposits, account servicing or other directly related experience.
College degree preferred.
Proficient knowledge of branch operations, including loans, deposits, new accounts, banking principles and policies.
Working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software.
Must have excellent customer service and communications skills.
Ability to work with relationship managers and clients as needed.
