We are now accepting resumes for our Credit & Risk Learning Coordinator position in our Credit & Risk Learning group located in at our new Zions Bancorporation Technology Center in Midvale, UT. The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to meet the following responsibilities and qualifications:
This position is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of our course delivery process.
The role has four main functions including Office Administration (25%), Credit & Risk Learning Coordination (45%), Customer Service (15%) and Physical Facilities (15%).
An integral player on the team, is responsible for making the logistical arrangements for courses conducted across the enterprise and is a heavy user of i-achieve.
Coordinate all training related activities and executes the day-to-day operations of the department.
Carry out the administrative assistant responsibilities for department management staff. Serve as the resource person for all incoming participants (walk-in and phone) and resolve technology related issues with the three computer labs and office equipment. Responsible for the maintenance of the computer hardware and software.
Assist with the implementation of a comprehensive Learning Management Systems. Coordinates room scheduling.
Will be responsible for problem resolution as needed, handles general ordering, tracking and control of office supplies and equipment.
Assist with collection of data for management reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a High School degree or GED and 2+ years office administration, customer service or other directly related experience.
Must have technical experience with computers and various software programs.
A combination of education and experience may meet job qualifications.
College degree preferred.
Proficient knowledge of various general office/department processes, procedures and policies.
Must have a strong technical knowledge of computers and various software programs.
Requires solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to coordinate and schedule training activities and courses.
Must have sound negotiation skills necessary to deal with vendors and utility companies.
Ability to work with managers, employees and training staff with regard to training requests.
