Responsible to assist small business owners in putting together business plans, advise in financing new business and offering other resources and matching them with resource partners.
Responsible to profile new clients, assess the needs to the clients and follow-up with clients.
Educates new clients about the resources available within the business resource center and other Zions Bank departments.
Provides counseling to clients through one-on-one consultations, e-mail or over the phone.
Promote and create networking seminars, lunches, etc.
Attend and represent bank at business lunches and other events as requested.
Create and manage additional methods to gain awareness in the community.
Responsible to liaise between ZBRC and all internal department and business partners to ensure proper communication and efficient operations.
Public speaking is a large component of the position and representing the bank on many levels.
Maintains relationships with all service providers/partners.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics or related field and 2+ years experience with baning and financial services industry, relationship management, sales, or othter directly related experience.
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Working knowledge of banking products and services, strategic planning, and business development.
Must have excellent communication, analysis and computer skills.
Ability to interact with various types of clients.
Knowledge business plan development knowledge.
Ability to understand a broad perspective of issues related to any type of businesses.
Bi-lingual Spanish speaking preferred.
