Iowa State Bank is looking for a professional, courteous, reliable & motivated candidate to join our team at our Lake View and Odebolt, IA offices.  Candidate is responsible for:

• Greeting and welcoming customers.
• Managing and growing the loan portfolio within the Lake View & Odebolt area.
• Processing for credit applications (in person, over the phone or online) and interviewing new and prospective loan customers.
• Preparing, closing and servicing real estate, consumer, agricultural and business loans within our bank compliance standards & procedures.
• Being able to analyze financial statements, tax returns and credit bureaus and have a strong analytical, mathematical, written and communication skill set.
• Cross selling Iowa State Bank products and services.
• Maintaining confidentiality of customers and the bank.
• Communicating with all departments within the bank and develop efficiencies and ways to improve the branches.

The position includes an excellent benefits package; a competitive salary, 401K including match, profit sharing, health, vision and dental insurance. 

 At least five years of experience in lending is required. This position is full time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with some afterhours required.
