The Digital Marketing Manager role is part of the Wealth Management Solutions business group with a focus on Bank & Cash Solutions (BCS) product digital marketing campaigns. In addition, this role will have a close working relationship with the corporate digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be able to use business strategies to launch multi-channel product marketing campaigns, implement email strategy, drive innovation, build relationships, and manage business initiatives for BCS.
Apply Bank and Cash business strategies to develop and deploy Bank email product marketing campaigns using processes that foster transparency, communication, and efficiency.
Partner with the Corporate Email team to ensure Ameriprise email channel management standards, including email execution processes, invoicing and industry best practices, are followed.
Manage the email campaign process from kick off to launch. Coordinate and communicate needed changes, deliver list details, and determine launch schedules.
Serve as the single point of contact for ameriprise.com, our mobile app, and other digital marketing teams for coordinated, multi-channel acquisition efforts.
Lead project management for Digital Marketing campaign requests and prioritize based on bandwidth and business goals.
Ensure overall success of daily operations by managing the digital marketing campaign calendar, production process and campaign results.
Understand business goals to provide guidance and consultation on strategy and supporting tactics.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of email or digital marketing experience
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated success using digital marketing campaign best practices to execute successful product marketing campaigns
Experience with content management, creative development, A/B testing, web analytics and related digital product marketing strategies
Ability to leverage relationships across organizational boundaries and effectively manage and prioritize projects
Strong communication and organization skills, including prior experience working with creative, technology and vendor teams/agencies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible.
Preferred Qualifications :
Banking and/or Financial Services experience
Experience with email marketing and managing vendor-hosted email platforms a plus
