WHAT YOU'LL DODuties & Responsibilities Provide direct customer support responding to general and technical inquiries via phone or email related to treasury management services/systems and commercial deposit account inquiries.Provide training, for all cash management services, including but not limited to, ACH processing, business internet banking, sweep accounts, positive pay, monthly and annual CD's, and Remote Deposit Capture.Complete system setup and maintenance items for existing and new treasury management products and services.Prepare customer documents required to establish or maintain treasury management services and commercial deposit accounts.Assist Retail associates with Treasury Man
