We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to join our growing team and assume an existing portfolio.
This position will seek new relationships and maintain existing client relationships through ongoing customer contact, involvement in the community and participation with professional groups. The Lender will be responsible for assisting with credit analysis of loan requests, structuring and pricing appropriately to meet the client's needs while meeting PWSB guidelines. This position will continue as a valued resource to our business clients throughout their banking relationship, offering appropriate products, periodic review of client's financials, industry trends and networking with community centers of influence.
Lender will start position with established portfolio, will work with a great team of tenured Lenders and will report to our Chief Credit Officer.
Telecommuting options may be available as needed.
A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, comprehensive knowledge of credit analysis and the lending process, and ability to communicate across all lines of business. A minimum of 3 years of Commercial loan experience and/or portfolio management is required but 5+ years is preferred.
