Position Summary: Directs, coordinates, and controls departmental activities of a team of lenders with the extension of commercial credit at a profit to Bank customers in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsible for generating new loan volume and managing a portfolio of loans.  Essential Functions: Consistently provides superior professional service to internal and external customers. Consistently meet expectations of teamwork, punctuality and regular, reliable attendance. Assists in establishing departmental lending policies and operating procedures that are consistent with overall bank policies and operating objectives.
