The Training & Development Coordinator is responsible for identifying, monitoring, designing, planning, and implementing training and development programs across all lines of business. Create and promote an environment and culture of continuous learning.    Essential Duties: Analyze training needs to develop training programs. Plan and develop training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
