FirstBank in the United States Virgin Islands is looking for dynamic, experienced leaders to join the team in the role of BRANCH MANAGER, assuming the responsibility of leading sales teams towards the achievement of individual and unit goals aimed towards growth of revenues through lending activities and other critical strategic objectives.  The Branch Manager is expected to play a vital and visible role in our communities, assessing local market conditions and identifying opportunities; accountable to the creating a conducive working environment promoting development of staff; oversight of day-to-day branch operations compliant to local and federal regulatory requirements; and delivery of service in accordance with superior customer experience standards.
