Zions Bancorporation is seeking an experienced Information Technology Data Analyst to work with our diverse team in the Enterprise Technology Standards (ETS) Automation Team to support the automation of standards and process controls across the Bank. This role requires attention to detail and experience in complex analysis, collection and interpretation of data within our Configuration Items (CIs) and Technologies. Our automation efforts leverage ServiceNow Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and specifically Policy and Compliance Mangement. This role will learn to leverage ServiceNow modules like VR, ITAM, SAM, HAM, APM, ITSM, and the core CMDB data.
This is fast paced work and will provide the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of technology initiatives. This is part of a multi-million-dollar effort to modernize Zions' core systems, placing Zions at the forefront of modern banking systems.
Responsibilities:
Drive analysis of new control and standards automation requests through data collection and refinement.
Develop knowledge of ServiceNow ecosystem and current levels of maturity and capabilities.
Responsible for defining requirements for new data integrations as needed for new control types.
Develop knowledge and enhanced Dashboard to support increased speed of automation onboarding.
Ensure continuous quality monitoring of existing automated controls and indicators.
Engage with Data Governance and Data Engineering teams to stay ahead of our ability to monitor and control and leverage new data technologies.
Drive management of technology lifecycles through automated controls and data refinement.
Frequently contribute to the development of new theories and methods.
Qualifications:
4+ years of statistical/data analysis experience.
Extensive knowledge of data bases, report writing, statistical software, SQL and MS office applications.
Ability to gather and analyze statistical data, utilize statistical computer software, manage and meet deadlines.
Strong analysis, research and presentation skills.
Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts.
Requires a Bachelor's degree. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB a plus.

This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
