Job Description:
At Regions, the Financial Wellness Relationship Manager directly influences acquisition, retention and expansion tactics using the Next Step Education Program through client relationship development and financial wellness programming.
Primary Responsibilities
Makes outbound calls for both prospective, and current, high valued clients to identify opportunities, propose solutions and support financial wellness programs.
Supports branch network acquisition tactics by consistently developing new business opportunities through 360 partnerships and self-generated prospecting efforts
Develops client portfolio through consistent new business presentations to qualified decision makers of targeted industries using the prescribed process and program materials
Effectively engages clients through digital channels using the prescribed program materials, resources and tools.
Participates in regular partner meetings with key Regions 360 stakeholders to develop recurring Next Step Education Programs for Commercial Business Clients and Community Organizations.
Provides ongoing coaching, support and training for Branch Manager Elite Team to keep them informed of program updates, tools and process.
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Five (5) years of business to business calling financial sales and/or service experience
Prior experience facilitating presentations and negotiating complex agreements
Basic knowledge using WebEx or equivalent digital platforms
Ability to work remotely at home

This position will be based off-site but will need to be domiciled within the respective city of Houston, TX to support the Houston Market.
