This  position  is  located  in  the  Government  of  the  District  of  Columbia  (District), Department of  Insurance,  Securities  and  Banking  (DISB),  Office  of  the  General  Counsel  (OGC).  The OGC is  responsible  for  conducting  all  of  the  legal  business  of  DISB.  This position serves as an Attorney Advisor (Finance) responsible for providing expert senior level legal advice, interpretations and determinations on matters involving securities and banking law, consumer   protection,  and administrative procedure.
