POSITION SUMMARY: Reviews and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding the systems and processes of the Bank’s business units. Works with end users, vendors, and IT from discovery to delivery; defining scope and objectives, document requirements and formulate technology initiatives, with a focus on customer experience. Acts as an administrator for specified core applications, customer facing applications and digital banking. Works independently under the supervision of the VP/Business Applications Manager.
