POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and growing new relationships with ag and commercial customers.  The lender will call on existing borrowers, call on new prospects, evaluate customer needs and goals, and build relationships.  This individual will work as a team member and exhibit strong support to those on his or her team.
